Off-Premise, P&J's specializes in custom events from the most intimate at your home with family and friends, to the most extensive and complex affairs at your corporate or business location. Locally, P&J's has catered corporate affairs for IBM at Sterling Forest. In-House, select from three well-appointed dining rooms. Each with an intimate environment, individually set to provide comfort, privacy and the personality of your event. And, our Maitre d' and servers are truly committed to the enjoyment of your guests. Choose from our full signature steak, chops and in season fresh seafood menu or permit us to customize your selections of entrées, hors d'oeuvres, desserts and refreshments. Below are selections from which you may choose to customize your culinary requirements. Keep in mind that P&J's will gladly create menus for you which include items not listed below: ▪ Sliced Roast Pork Loin in a cream sauce with shitake mushrooms, leeks and fresh tomato. ▪ Sliced Roast Pork Loin with a raisin sauce. ▪ Chicken or Shrimp in pesto sauce with sun dried tomato and pine nuts over ziti and Pecorino Romano cheese. ▪ Lemon Basil Chicken over penne pasta. ▪ Rigatoni in vodka sauce with crimini mushrooms and prosciutto. ▪ Rigatoni with spinach and prosciutto in a Gorgonzola sauce. ▪ Tri-Color Bow Ties with Shrimp, Chicken, Fresh Tomato, Mushroom and Spinach in a white wine and garlic sauce with fresh basil. ▪ Orecchiette with sautéed onions and panchetta peas tossed with butter parmesan cheese. ▪ Tenderloin Tips/Filet Mignon, mushrooms, sun-dried tomatoes & green onions tossed with demi-glace. ▪ Sliced Asian Marinated Flank Steak. (Prime) ▪ Baked Salmon with white wine, lemon & butter or white dill sauce. ▪ Steak Teriyaki grilled and glazed in P&J's own teriyaki sauce with shitake mushrooms and green onion. ▪ Baked Lasagna. ▪ Grilled Vegetable Lasagna ▪ Baked Ziti Parmigiana. ▪ Chicken Parmigiana. ▪ Italian Sausage & Peppers. ▪ Chicken Marsala. ▪ Shrimp Scampi. **All Entrees include a side of vegetable, rice or potato, tossed salad and assorted rolls and butter.** Each private dining room may be setup in different seating configurations up to the maximum capacity of 80 persons.
